Mop Up

I've never had this happen before, but I have Rick White set as my mop-up guy and Hal is using him all over the place. I have 2 2006 teams going right now. In my first league, I'm almost 60 games into the season and my mop-up guy hasn't pitched at all. In my other league, my mop-up guy has already pitched eleven innings in 18 games. Hal's bringing him in in save situations and when I'm only facing two-run deficits. What gives?
