Anytime splinter and I play, a 25 year old rivalry, it's worth a consideration.

Best game of the three, even though I lost.

painful, but a miraculous loss, preventing a sweep. fasano's debut after being picked up that day in sweeping roster turnover.
1-0 until the 8th, scored twice including wild pitch in bottom 8th, top 9th, four defensive subs, three pitching changes, and j.d. drew 2-out single off sauerback to tie it.. 10th, leave bases loaded, 11th, drew another rbi, we counter with another run on wild pitch. 12th, dunn hr, but drew leaves bags with ground out, counter with rbi triple and sac fly to send it to 13th. lackey comes out of rotation in relief, and lit up for five including bases loaded walk, fasano answers with three run shot bottom 13th, but lose it 10-8 in thirteen!!!http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/2006/league/boxscore.html?group_id=187&g_id=574

Peavy hurls a no-no...Moons align, Chipmunks shut out Daddy

Postby BILLHANSEN » Mon Apr 24, 2006 8:58 am

Following an inexplicable slump of 2-16, the Chipmunks were dreading a three game set with first place Hoosier Daddy...
Jake Peavy took the mound in game one and proceeded to no-hit Daddy, holding them to three walks all day.
Even more amazing is that the previously completely inept Chipmunks continued on to two more consecutive shutouts of the division leading Hoosier Daddy... Three shutouts, allowing only nine total hits in three games... Perhaps it's the start of a return to respectability for the hapless 'Munks....then again, maybe not.

Buehrle Pitches a Perfect Game

This has to be the winner. How often do you see a perfect game, let alone one pitched at Fenway Park!
