They need instant replay in baseball

Just switched to the zRed Sox game in time to see Gomes of TB make a terrific hustle play to come home from second on an unsuccessful scoop at first by Youklis. He made an acrobatic slide to get his left arm around Varitek only to be called out when he was obviously safe on the replay. Don't the other three major sports use replay in some fashion to review key calls? The whole complexion of a game can change with an out call at home and I think mistakes could be pretty quickly challenged and overturned when needed.
