2 Team Draft League

so far:

my undertstanding is each owner picks two teams for AL or NL, from the teams we pick we could either used them on our teams or trade them to other teams. for rights to other players. so for example, if i pick the nats, and cubs, i have the rights to both teams that i could used as my 25-man roster. however i am allowed to trade any player to other teams for rights to certain players that is agree upon. no the questions is: are there limit on trades? salary cap? is its going to be frenzy draft?
my vote is :

1) frenzy draft
( since we have our teams its pointless to have to wait for waivers)
2) salary cap, i think its better to have a 100 million cap.
3) not sure about this one, i would like to have the FA penaty at 10/15/20 %
4) we have choice of parks to choose and it could only be choosen from the orignal two teams picks, so like the example show above i would have choice to take RFK or Wrigley. however i am not sure if we could trade parks.
