Three choices:

1) Fix the software. probably not as big an issue as we presume, since a few lines of code should go a long way towards improving the logic of these decisions.

2) Tell us how decisions are made. How does HAL make subs? What are the priorities and the logical progression? For the life of me I can't figure it out. But at least if we knew what HAL was thinking, we could build our teams accordingly.

3) give us the option to pre-select injury subs.

Otherwise i expect TSN will lose players. We need to feel a sense of control over our $25. Give us the tools to control our destiny and we'll be less grumpy. I don't mind losing on my own but I hate it when HAL's illogic costs me a game.

Like tonight for example, when I face a team with 5 SP*, and yet Solomon Torres (RP-2) is listed as the starter. Infuriating. With a one-game lead and nine to play I should be facing Lilly (a LH, non-injured, eligible starter) and instead I'm facing a top RH reliever. Makes it hard to plan. If i lose I'M GONNA BE PISSED.
