I am still buried in the sand until Saturday. If this does not fill before then, I will add a team, but do not have much time until then to put a team together.

Sheesh...... life outside Strat is the pits

Give me a place if you will wait until then for me. Actually I will be traveling on Saturday... so it would be Saturday night at the earlies... but Sunday more likely 8)

Tax and Hershey are very good managers and we definately want them in the league.....When league is filled--we'll run the lotto on saturday nights #--high to low....and start our 12 round draft on sunday,,,that'll give us all next week to draft and enter our teams before friday night to ensure starting the following monday...Because the salaries for each team will be so low we'll have to make this a 200 mil league so everyone will have plenty of money to make transactions all year long...This is a DH league of course...I have been scanning over the players under 2 mil and there are actually some pretty decent players down there, this should be wild.

***Very cool. I don't some of the guys in the league.
Hey Terry, fowldawg, djl, quirks, and Chocolates. Good to be playing against some new guys. Quirks, any relation to Jamie?

Doctax, are you in Tennessee? For some reason, I didn't know that. Quick tax questions: Do Tennessee moonshiners pay taxes? Do we have to convert U.S. currency into Tennessee currency when we cross the border? I've never actually been to Tennessee so I don't know these things. Idaho is getting close to getting cable one day so we may get TNN pretty soon. This may get me some insight on what goes on there.

Ok Kev..... I will type slowly so you can follow me.

First.. Tennessee has no state income tax so we do not pay state tax on moonshine revenue. :D

Second... since the moonshine revenue is paid in cash...usually.. then we pa no federal income taxes either.

Third... if a taxpayer does pay tax on his/her moonshine revenue.. then he/she is using the wrong account. 8)

Fourth... you would be shot at the border if you tried to cross so no money conversion worries for you. I have a contract employee who is from Idaho and every time she returns from a family visit, I have to gice an affadavit to the border police to let her back into the state.

Fifth.... I am older then you, I think, so how about a Mr. in front of my name to show some respect. 8) 8)

That is all.

Signing out from Pelzer's home state.

Doc/Andy/The man from Tennessee
