Looks as though you are "potentially" going to see about 7 RHSP's and 5 LHSP's.

If you are going to see that breakdown, you need some better platoon mates.

if you're gonna go 3's, might as well go for F Sanchez at 2b, and Lugo at SS. Gives you 2 RH hitters that aren't B dependent, and a leadoff hitter in Lugo.
I'd then upgrade Monroe to J rodriguez,he's better than Monroe at least.
