Real Teams 2007

Postby Cubit » Sun Feb 18, 2007 12:41 am

I, too, am back again this year, though my Metropolitans last year lost out to the yankees in the Semi-Finals after just squeeking in a very tough division!. Well, I had to pick somebody to play, and with all my favorites already claimed-- had to play somebody ARay0113

This year's salaries are going to be very interesting.

I'll sign up as the first alternate in case somebody drops out. I played last year and it was fun.

Doesn't say anything about having only one. If that were true then the 20 player minimum would be useless.

As I read it, you can have up to 5 players not from your base team (maximum roster size 25 with minimum 20 from your team). The only players allowed on your team not from your base team are those which are priced $2M or less with the exception of players who were formerly on your base team whose salaries can be up to $4M.

Hi Branham Biggers,

bluethree is right, you must have 20 guys from your team that you picked. Outside of that you can pick up players as long as (I think you can only have 27 players, so you could add upto 7 guys):

1. Aren't a player that is on someone else's base team, or they renounce their rights.
2. If they used to play for your team, you can spend upto 4 Mil. on them.
3. If they never played for your team you can only spend upto 2 Mil. on them.

Hope that helps.
