Upon further review, I have decided not to join the league. The Free Agent rules are too constricting and having the 12th team really sucks. Also, I am a baseball fan, but my knowledge of x-Astros or Whitesox is limited and that would hinder my selection F.A.s. Sorry guys, but if anybody wants to do another league, I would be up for $100M Real Teams with less restrictions on F.A.s

On the sub 4million guys. is the rule that they have to played at least one game in their career for your base team or something else?

Yes if a player played one game for your base team you can spend upto $4 mil. on him, if he never played a game for your base team you can only spend $2 mil. on him.
