Yes, after 6 games Mags is more than holding his own ... batting over .400 with OB of .480 ... and 4 round trippers ... here's hoping he can keep it up (or at least something respectable) ...

So far the move proved OK ... POWERHOUSE has moved into the playoffs ... (I'm sure we'll have to place an asteric next to the season to note that DYE helped to get us here) ... here's hopin' that we are able to continue ...

Mags came in for Dye ... Played last 21 games of season ... Batted .305, .360 OBP, 5 HR, 15 RBI ... Powerhouse wins the division and makes the playoffs ... 1st playoff game Mags goes 2-4, 2 doubles, 2 RBI ... 2nd playoff game he gets beaned ... out for the reamaining three games ... (back to back batters get beaned and injured (Mags & Tyner) ... three guys beaned in the same inning) ... Ouch that hurt! ... it was fun while it lasted ... back to the drawing board ...

That's tough.
Down 4-1 going into bottom of 5th, you definetly should have thrown at Manny :lol:

The boxscore should have said "...benches cleared in the top of the 5th after the 2nd batter of the inning was hit. Warnings were issued to both benches, but Harang and manager of Blues II were ejected after Luke Scott was HBP."
