60 Million no DH

Postby joethejet » Fri Oct 07, 2005 10:46 am

In my, admittedly limited, experience in ATG, HAL does an OK job of dealing with pitchers. I don't recall seeing a double-switch, unless both players were pinch hit for in the same inning.

As always, there were times when you felt he should have pinch hit and others when you thought he shouldn't have.

I'm with Wineman, the fewer decisions Hal has to make the better. At least, that's our preference.

I'm more interested in trying a 60 million league. If people interested want to switch to a DH league that is fine with me. Thanks for the input

Sounds good, Chuckul. Maybe we can get some other owners!

Yeah! Come on. Who's up for the challenge? ANYONE can come up with an 80 mil team, but who can build a team that's more like a "real" (non-Yankees) team????

We need some more owners!!!!

Ok, let's stop talking about it and jump into the "Best of the Best Jr." league that was created by resmanjr.

There are currently 2 teams in there, but if everyone reading this jumps in, maybe we'll get some momentum. There's nothing more depressing to look to get into a league and there are none even close to closing.

Jump in and let's get this thing rolling!! 8)

Looks likes we're getting some action. Any old owner can manage an $80MM cap. We'll see who the exceptional owners are when we get this down to $60MM. 8)

The stats will be very interesting. The $80MM cap seems to favor hitting over pitching. Do you think a lower cap will help or hurt the pitching?
