# of RPs to carry on Cell team w/ 2 more Cells in division?

Here's a Cell team in a similar situation. Lots of power parks in the division and in the league. Four moderately priced low HR guys and a hard lefty and a hard righty. The pen is performing exceptionally well.

keyzick, where is the OBP on that team?

A) I would drop Benjie down to Shoppach at C. Or if you want to be sneaky instead of Shop, grab Navarro and lead him off vs L (ie moneyball no speed approach).
B) Bonser has no business being on that team, change him. Suppan or Penny, hell Duke are better than him in the Cell.
c) That DH platoon is rather weak. I'd rather have Escobar and a backup or possible Thames and all those pure + BP HR's.

If you drop Benjie + your platoon at DH you would have nearly 7 mil, throw in the 1.44 from Bonser and you have a lot of wiggle room. Not enough to grab Scoot, but good wiggle room. Gorzelony perhaps?

OK...adjustments I made:

1. Dropped Molina for Navarro (like the OBP option there)
2. Got rid of the DH platoon, and picked up Chipper (I think he's better option than Thames, and less of injury risk than Escobar)...although he is still bigger injury risk than most
3. Dropped Bonser, picked up Suppan
4. Dropped Manny, picked up Scott...I've never had him, so kinda nervous about it, but seems to be succesful for most. :? :)

Still have $1.37M to work with...trying to weigh additional options 8-)

36 OB chances does not a lead off man make.

I know...I actually flip-flopped him with Matthews, who's only got a couple more chances. Slight improvement, but not a lot of options on that side for the leadoff spot. Thought about Tejada, but wanted him in the meat of the order.

Oh well...barring any notable drops from the other teams, I think my moves are done. Here's what it looks like:
