You NEED a better closer.

You need some corner OF's.

You need some OB.

I'm guessing this is prewaivers with the people left in the FA list.

I'd go for Lackey as your first pick, because I see him consistantly do well everywhere and is a great VALUE pick to replace Arroyo.

Then I'd go fo offense, Scott for LF, McCann for C, LaRoche for 1b, Jose Cruz who can platoon with Mack to make a leadoff platoon. That leaves you 5.25 for a 2b and RF (assuming you dumped R Hernandez, Giambi, Loney, Me Caberera, Denorfia and dumped Arroy for Lackey) That leaves phillips for 2b and someone like B Giles for RF.

Then after wiavers I would work on a cheap relaible bullpen.

But it will be hard to get all those, Lackey and Scott need to be at the top of your waiver claims, after that maybe Phillips and McCann, then LaRoche and Cruz and Giles.

Actually, I would also try to get street to be your closer, maybe put him just after McCann in your wiaver claims.

you don't have any table setters now. You need some people to get on base at a high margain for the top of the lineup. Who is leading off currently, who is the #2 guy in that lineup? I just don't see anyone to fit the bill vs RH pitching at all.

First thing is to drop some guys, you don't need 26 player, play with the minimum if you can. Get rid of Snow and Hardy. Morneau was dropped, and is better than LaRoche, so I'd upgrade there if you are going to face 25% or more LH pitching, if not save the $$ and keep LaRoche. L Scott is still out there, so I'd do whatever you cna to pick him up, the best #2 man in the set bar none.

If you drop Konerko for a Mack/Cruz platoon at DH and lead them off, you then have Scott at the #2 spot in hte lineup and that gives you good OBP at the top where you need it. Then with Morneau (or LaRoche) McCann, Matthews, Wright, Cudd (or a different RF) you have the 3-7 filled to drive runs in. The last 2 spots can be for Def guys who don't hit well, like O Cabrera and Phillips.

Personally I prefer T Jones or Duchscherer to Cordero, Cordero has a LOT of BP Hr's which can lead ot blown saves.

I'd look to trim a bit from your RP. They need to have defined roles.

Well at leas the way I run a bullpen. I try to have 1 closer, 1 setup, 1 inings eater, and 2 specialists (1 for R 1 for L). I'd get McBride to be your L specialist, and R hernandez, though he says E, is really more of a 4R coiuld be you RH specialist (ie quick hook, avoid before 6th or 7th, avoid their bad side, max 1-2 innings). The usual long releif guys are gone (Oliver, Kuo, downs). I'd get Correria (2 mil) and set him to avoid beofre 6th and that's it, and then get someone cheap like Adkins as mopup.

and you have E Gonzalez who can be used as a cheap innings eater (mopup as well)
