I MIGHT be intrested in doing another keep league but only if:
1. 200mil salary cap
2. 40 man roster
3. must cut to 30 or lower before each spring draft
4. play with current year card set twice in one year( may be flexible to 3 times on this one)
5. supplemental draft between each active season of no more than 4 rounds
6. drafting uncarded players (prospect draft) as "minor leagues" and hang onto them for a predetermined period before they must be released or brought to the 40 man roster
7. initial draft is serpentine, subsequent draft are straight based on winning % for the previous season
I THINK that about covers it.
I'm flexiable on a lot of this, but not 1 and 2, if it isn't 40 man roster and 200 mil cap, I'm not intrested.

I like many, if not all, of those ideas. I would prob vote for the 40 man roster in which would have a $200 mil cap, but have an active roster of 25 or 26 during the season. I'm pretty flexible though. So, whatever you guys want to do would prob be fine me.
