Even though Im new to online strat, I have been very competitive in my 4 1986 leagues, winning records in all 4 so far. I see all the guys who signed up are pretty experienced, can I get in to? or do you prefer more experience??

I'd prefer to give the open spots to the veterans of the 1st. league.

But if they don't wanna join, it's open to all.

I think using the 25 man rule will help a bit.
As will only trading player for player.
