I once had Percival in Petco; results were a 1.87 ERA and 37 Saves, only 2 blown. In the mid price range, Guardado (Lefty park) and Hawkins had numbers almost as good. I've heard people rave about Smoltz; he was aweome in 2003. If you include setup guys, I've also had success with Mota, Graves, Osuna, Cruz, Shouse, Hasegawa, Duaner Sanchez, Brocail and Atchsion.
