There's a very entertaining chapter in [url=http://www.strat-o-matic.com/eshop/10Expand.asp?ProductCode=B0000GUZZO]this book[/url] about the fielding process. Certainly one of the most interesting parts of the book.

in my opinion, Strat-O-Matic starts with the assumption that all Gold Glove winners should be the "1"s, and then adds or drops individuals. Of course that doesn't help those in a pre-card draft right now, because the 2009 Gold Glove winners haven't been announced.
