A couple questions - I assume we'd use one of the stadiums from our 2 teams and we'd name our teams with some combination of both teams (ie. St.Louis Yankees, etc)?

I could see a couple variations on this for the future -
1. Phased Twist - after 57 games, bottom 3 pick 1 remaining team; after 114 games, bottom 3 pick 1 remaining team
2. Full Twist - after 81 games, all teams pick 1/2 team from 6 remaining teams
...just ideas for the future, I'm sure there would be others.

Honestly, I love it. I'm all for rules that preserves the main theme. If we select two teams makes sense to stick to those rosters as is. Cool! Been looking for a fun theme lg. & Ive found it & nobody took CA for lottery...so Ill have the Golden State.

What night's numbers are we using? I don't follow the lotteries enough to know if the numbers are drawn daily or not. Also, are we using ascending or descending order?

Someone mentioned an NBA style lotto for the Worst Record supplemental draft, maybe you could just use the states they signed up with and the lotto numbers from a day or two before their draft weekend?

We'll also stick to the original rules as posted, since that's what everyone signed up for.

Yes - you use the stadium of one of your two teams.

I do appreciate the suggestions people gave, but will give the original rules a whirl, and maybe for future seasons adjust if we think necessary.
