I'm stumped

Hey Cummings, thank you for your help. I always appreciate your insight.

Well, I was using Garabito at 2B sometimes and having a defensive replacement. Then I DH'd him when Thomas was down.

I was starting Crosby against lefties and Wilson against righties. My hitting seems to be doing ok but the pitching is just awful. I had Kazmir because of the no homers on his card and he got rocked. :(

Thanks Aray. That makes sense.

Yes, Kazmir had a number of walks on his card. Do you mean any more than 3 BPHRs on one side of the card or 3 total? It looks like Harang would do ok in Coors...would you agree?

I wonder if Thames is available. I'll have to look and see. thanks again Aray. I always appreciate your insight as well.

Thanks Aray. Makes a lot of sense. Yep, Coors is the exact opposite of Petco and I have to get used to the high scoring games.

I just traded Edmonds . Oh well...I can't do any worse so I guess I will mess around with my roster. Got Zach Duke and a couple of other guys. May try to make some more trades.

Yes, the WHIP factor makes sense to me. I have two pitchers with WHIPs over 2! Can you believe it?

I will keep your advice in mind. Thank you again.

Edmonds was better, trust me....

really what he says is right, for your pitchers, obviouly the oba as low as possible, but they must have no bp hr's

your hitters need good obp with good bp hr's.

it really is that simple.

for example this 80 mil coors team would probably beat your 100 mil team:

thing you'll notice that's weird about my team, they have MUCH better pitching stats at home!

hey geekor, thanks for the link. Yeah your team would probably win.

I know that Edmonds is better but I had to get some pitching. It helped at least for last night. 3 game sweep and Duffy has stepped up satisfactorily (so far).
