His time is up unfortunately. Problem is he's got 2 picks in a row and we have to wait a looooooooong time now. This draft can't manually move now unless he picks. Anybody help us out here?

I thought that Penn changed the draft clock rules for those double picks so that they would only get one time allotment for both picks... <shrug>
