Opening day will be May 14th. Hopefully we can fill this today and start entering our teams next week.

I'd like to have this league filled by Wed/Thurs. of next week. That should give us enough time to look for some "defensive" bargains.

I think we'll just hop into the league when your team is ready. Who needs divisional alignments?

Just another clarification,

If I wanted to use Jason Smith (Col) at SS and he is a 4e12 but on his card he is a 3e25 at 2b, does this disqualify him entirely ?????

I guess he would fall into the Defensive sub catagory, but I "really wouldn't" be using him as a sub, but also wouldn't be using him at 2b either.

In that case Bodie, Smith would have to start at the 3 positions where he is a 4.

He "could" be used as a sub as well.

Subs/replacements will be difficult to keep an eye on. Ideally in keeping with the theme, they should be 4's. However, some subs may not be a 4 in all of their positions.

Your "defensive" substitutions should be nothing better than a 3 at any position.
ie. Amezaga- CANNOT be used. whereas a Ramon Martinez CAN.

Multi-position starters can only start at their 4 rated position. IF HAL decides to move players during the course of a game and a player fills in at a position that he's better with the glove at, so be it. HOWEVER in the next series, you must move him back to his 4 position. (Injuries permitting)
