deeznuts515,
The draft is performed on an external website (www.penngray.com/draft of course, if penngray agrees that we use his website). It is a live draft, meaning that you pick players as the draft goes along one at a time. The website is very useful in that you can leave "proxies". So you don't need to be on-line more than 10 min/day, at anytime you want, as long as you put sufficient proxies. You can set it up so that you provide a list of, say, five or six players to be drafted for your next pick, followed by a list of five ss for the following round, followed by a list of the best relievers, etc. We haven't decided yet, but usually, we leave a window of 2/3 hours for each player to make a pick, after which the draft continues even if there is no pick (except for the first or first two rounds, where no clock limit is imposed), but again, if you leave many proxies, you can be safely reassured that your pick will go through. I can tell you that the website for proxies is very user-friendly.
