it is work, and I turned off the pop up blocker and disabled the firewall. I guess they're "MOCKING" me. :cry:

I normally use Firefox as my browser, but I cannot run the draft tool with it. Draft tool works fine when I use MS Internet Explorer.

I thought I would mention this in case any other Firefox users are having trouble.
