The goal is to make it like a MLB roster without the hassle of Scott Boras trying to renegotiate your best players contratcs.

I think you actually gave us a starting point. With 12 guys, I was wondering how we were going to determine even the most basic rules. At least now we have something to work with. what do the rest of you think?
