I also want to make clear one of the rules so there is no confusion. We had a glitch in the same league last year.
The manager who ends up with Elarton, declares his bonus waiver pick, within 24 hours of the draft. No one else can claim that player. The Elarton winner will also get his regular pick in the weighted waiver draft. Once the manager declares his pick no one else can claim that player, and he does not have to put him on the waiver draft list. He may add the player after the draft.

...or you can do like Jeep in the other league and waiver the Elarton bonus waiver pick and get teased unmercifully like he did.
You can check it out yourself in the individual league discussion board.
