I agree with Jerlins, who was simply stating his opinion, that figure seems too high. Like Jerlins, I, too, don't think I've ever been in a league where I, or anyone else, suspected collusion. I'm sure it has, does, and will, happen. I've just never seen it. Although your 9% cheater ratio suggests one would witness a cheater in every league they sign up. Before you argue and say you're not saying that, well, do the math.
Don't quote people as misinterpreting the English language when you have such a poor command of it yourself, saying JCII keeps "waying" (???) in on the topic. The word your looking for is "weighing"...it's English.

this topic is really starting to get very old and ridiculous.I love all my private leagues where NONE of my competitors cheat.The vets play this game for the competition and camaraderie.All this other nonsense is crap and is really becoming annoying.RMilter this is just a game my friend and not a life and death situation.

I applaud your logic, sir. Lives are not at stake, that is a sound argument. But it is a good thing the NFL did not take your approach with Bill Belichek. Cheating or bending the rules, is what it is. It is not murder or rape, it is cheating at a game, like poker, or baseball and steroids. There are rules in society, and games that need to be followed, otherwise confidence in the validity of the game is compromised.
