Hey ElPaso, I'm willing to be one of your guinea pigs. I'm in 3 keeper leagues and have room for one more. However, even though this may not (should not) be a democracy, I would like to start right into the 2011 season.

I dont think anyone will be drafting for 2010 so there not much point playing it.

thisisdan it the commish of our keeper league (Bud Selig Keeper League) and knows how to get a league going.....use him for advice.....

2011 just because I think if we did 2010, draft position would influence people to throw their first year and vice versa.

I'd join if I knew Dan would do the secretarial duties similar to that of the NAKL league. Otherwise, I just haven't the time (nor the patience), to draft the following year. Without yearly availability lists, too many mistakes happen where folks draft already owned or ineligible players, and things end up a cluster****. Let me know.

I do not plan on including a "Player's Available" list before each draft...it is relatively easy to avoid picking other manager's players. Use CTRL + F to search the spreadsheet and I normally advise managers to use that method.

No problem. Though "relatively easy" as you say, one only has to check individual league drafts to know that easy is not always the case. :shock: Good luck with the league.

Clearly I've spoiled you :wink:

That said even when the commish does send out available's lists, the league doesn't always check em, so it's a two-way street as far as mistakes go.
