Sorry, this may have been covedred but I only have time to scroll through.

Where do we stand with the Jessica Alba issue? Has she called? Will she call? Would her phone call be better in Yankee '56 or Baker Bowl?

Simply waht will I do with all my free time. I already played an extra 30 minutes of guitar last night. Read some more of a book. Have to go do a marathon training run in half an hour. I dunno.

So if you were not hitting refresh and watching these boards, what would you be doing instead (that's not SOMO)

Just got up about 1/2 hour ago, and been reading the posts...very entertaining!

Agree 100% with Penn....I am in charge of sales at a 60 million dollar company, and we just went thru a HUGE inventory/server upgrade....NOTHING was switched over until we were absolutely sure the new server worked PERFECTLY! Business down for almost 48 hours?? Not possible.....HEADS WOULD HAVE ROLLED!! I guarantee it!

It really is a shame...very disappointing, but on the other hand IT IS ONLY A GAME! Will my life change dramatically because i did not change my runners advancing option to "aggresive"?? I doubt it. Probably what will happen is we will find that our teams run about the same even without our CONSTANT tinkering and adjustments! :) :wink: ...that might disappoint all of us even more than the delay!

Here's to hoping we are up and running this am sometime.... :)

while we are waiting for things to be up and running anyone want to do a live draft? how about a pre-card draft for the 2010 season? maybe by then the servers should be all set to go :mrgreen:

I am suffering serious withdrawal...I know that this game is addictive, they tell me on the web site...oh, what do I do now...looks like I will have to go back to vials and mad dog 20/20.

only bad news is that I have a potentially disastrous Mike Scott pitching 2 more times just so I can confirm that I have his bad card. By the way, is there only 1 good year out of 5 in Scott's card?

Agree with some of the above statements, especially what Penngray says. NEW SERVERS = SAME PROBLEMS. As much as some things change, others stay the same.
