2006 Auction League -- PRESEASON

I need a rules clarification, gentlemen:

Rule 9 states: "Trading is allowed during the auction, but it is not supported on the auction site (so can be done through this message board). -- this rule has been changed to the typical auction rule of no trading during the auction, only post auction."

Foggy winshield says trading is allowed only after the AD is run.

It seems to me that the rule would provide a window for trading between the conclusion of the draft and the entering of teams if the participants were able to complete a deal in that time frame.

Is my reading correct or is Fog's?

Uncle, we reverted back to [b:c2b126e31b]standard auction rules[/b:c2b126e31b] after that was posted. Therefore, Fog is correct, no trading or discussion of trades until after the AD.
