I'm going to create a chat and draft thread right now. Since I don't have much computer access at night, hopefully someone can do the lotto numbers if I'm not around to do it. If I end up with a low number, I will leave a proxie with someone since I don't end up logging on till 7:30 am PST +

I got a SECOND on my proposal to start the 2003 season at the trade deadline. Draft will take place after Game 120, teams ready to start the Monday following Game 142.

I'm open to a full vote

Geekor previously stated in the rules that the following season would begin at the midway point of the current, ie, game 82 or so.
