I entered my team last night, but I just want to confirm a couple things. We have $200 million to spend, and we can spend as much of that as possible going into the draft? And we can dip into the FA pool during the season as much as we want, as long as we only have a 25 man roster at all times? If I remember the 86 league, we only spent $100 million going into the draft. Just thought I would confirm this....
