this is how I would rate them in order from first to last, with the first player being Pierre, the others I just made up to show how you have to look at the whole picture to make your decision

player #2 - CF 2(+3)e2
player #4 - CF 2(-2)e12
player #1 - CF 1(-3)e22
player #3 - CF 3(-5)e4

from everything I've read this should be the logical progression, using this as reference

centerfield - fielding rating is boss, and becomes more so as the fielding rating gets weaker

* 1e10 = 2e0 which is better than any 3 or 4
* 1e15 = 2e5 which is still better than any 3 or 4
* 1e22 = 2e12 = 3e1 which is better than any 4
* 2e18 = 3e6 which is still better than any 4
* 2e25 = 3e12 which again is better than any 4
* 3e20 = 4e0
* 3e25 = 4e5

my case is if you choose anyone but pierre in this situation, because of the arm, you are hurting yourself more than helping
