PBTR....

Radke and Weaver both gone.

Agree with Castillo, dropped him for Graffinino.

Picked up Mondesi to platoon with Garabito

Picked up Phillips ( I am assuming you mean Jason at .87 mill  to platoon with Mauer)

Don't really know what to do with Conine...not much left....

Could move Rivera to LF, and stick Encarnacion in RF....then could drop Anderson for a cheaper backup....

Interesting, Mench does not appear to be that good vs righties....

Lee has done well for me before, I've seen good number from Payton on others teams, never used him myself though.

Mike...

"Big Head" Mench gives you:

20.7 Hit chances
29.7 OB chances
and
34 Total Base chances vs. RH's.

I think there are better choices, although he's got 600 PA's and gives you decent D.

I think ya need another pure lefty bat in your lineup Mike.

Larry Walker is available as is:
Overbay
Tyner
Roberts

Walker seems a bit too BP dependent for MM, also have a fenway in division

Overbay good, but have pujols, and like garabito/Mondesi platoon at DH

Will take a closer look at Tyner and Roberts, and considered Lee, but kind of like Encarnacion here, since i would not have to platoon him, since i am already platooning Rivera with Anderson

Would you take Lee over Encarnacion? Only thing is, it looks to me like you would have to get a platoon for Lee....

My suggestions....

drop you platoon at DH and get Shelton, pick up Cantu for 3b (yea I know the def, but he hits a ton) Lee for LF, Roberts for CF (someone has to leadoff)

If you could somehow swing Ellis at the #2 spot (downgrade somewhere??) That would give you a intimidating lineup, though somewhat injury prone.

Roberts, Ellis, Pujols, Shelton, Cantu, Mauer, Lee vs Righties would be very nice.

Of course I don't think you can afford Ellis, so I guess I wrote all this for nothing :P

it depends on where you are planning on batting him. 6th or 7th, he makes a excellent source of cheap power, he isn't a middle of the order hitter.
