This was almost my 4th no-no by Tejeda last night. In fact, we might should count this. HAL pulled him with two outs in the 9th and Paps completed the no-hitter:

[quote:77c63db911="Al Hogg"]Yeah, but I'll acknowledge the Tejeda (correct spelling this time) card is a rare one: A starter card with no ballpark homers or ballpark singles. (There are at least a couple of relievers - Adams and Calero - with cards that also share that feature.)[/quote:77c63db911]

Add Evan Meek my fav cheap reliever in the 09 set

Robinson Tejeda(3-6) thrilled the fans at Kauffman Stadium '09 as he crafted a
no-hit masterpiece against the Motown D. The Vernazzo Villains won by a
final score of 5 to 0.

Tejeda was spectacular. He walked 2 Motown batters. What a day for the fans.
They were on the edge of their seats from the 7th inning on. With every out,
the electricity in the air mounted. Tejeda whiffed an impressive total of 15
Motown batters. The pitchers took over after the 3rd inning as neither team
was able to score again.

Scott Kazmir(2-6) was the losing pitcher. He was knocked around pretty good,
giving up 5 runs in 3 innings. 'Tejeda was simply incredible' losing pitcher
Kazmir said. 'I hate to admit this but I'd pay to watch a man pitch like
that'
