Players change teams from year to year right? Or do I have to make a team using all the Braves/Royals pitching and batters from the Braves/Pirates/Washington who have 06 cards?

I am going to need some serious bullpen help, so I have many hitters available inc. possibly AROD and/or JETER, GIAMBI, and MATSUI.

but if it becomes a 100 mil league I will have to drop out. I cant even make a 80 mil team without using expensive bench players, 100 mil is way out of my range.

that being said, no one will be held back in trades (though obviously some guys will cost more), my main area of attention is I need 2 more sp's, not expensive, but say 2-4 mil.
