Thank you Bernie, We realize problems occur.

This is still the best sim game out there.

The reason people are complaining is that we care about this game so much. Hey I'm not happy that I didn't have games to look at this morning too. I know people like yourself are looking into this matter and that I will have fun looking at the scores during my lunch.

AMEN. (to what Viz and Kev said) LOL, there were several posts made while I was typing this post.

Keyzick, I forgot to mention this the other day. I'm absolutely appallled your post was deleted. I read that before it 'disappeared' and as you say, nothing derogatory there. Just a consumer trying to get some answers.

We're intitled to some kind of compensation. It's just good old fashioned logic. Yall mess up your product (again), we get compensated.

The business will not run successfully w/o that concept.

Gee I just may have just honed in on our problem. 'We' let the business continue as is cause we keep buying teams.

I'm willing to NOT buy any more teams if everyone else is.

A little of both.

I think it is a little crazy to expect a free season or more because TSN is late in running the games 1 or 2 nights by a few hours.

I also believe that a major boycott of purchasing new teams or playing this online game at all would not punish TSN into not having occasional delays but could instead make them drop Strat online due to it not being profitable. That would ultimately hurt ourselves rather than TSN.

I am not saying that these delays are acceptable. I just am not in support of extreme steps towards this game based on these two recent delays in getting our results.

Just my 2¢.

I agree. Not in any way am I suggesting 'extreme steps' either. We should be compensated in some way. Half-off for a week, something. Just something. I'll continue to pour out my bucks 'cause this is one of the things that keeps me going every day. This is a big part of me.

Guys, I'm talking to my boss about options for compensation. We do want to make it up to you. I may not have a definitive answer for you today, but I'll be trying to work something out in the next few days at least.

Your leagues should all be updated now.
