bernie's right, that's operator error, but I can see where the grid's hard to read....can't say I don't have a problem rolling back since I had my sights set on johan, but anxious to have foggy check in and clarify so we can move on. will the draft pause bernie? can bigmahon do that and restart it, or change foggy's pick if that's determined to be the outcome. atleast I wasn't planning on taking berkman or pettite, although I might have to reconsider pettite now...

In my opinion - and I'm not the commish of this league - it's wockenfuss's own fault so he should lose the rights to Johan, but he should be able to change his pick to someone not subsequently taken by meat, Rigged Splits, or me.

In that case, I'll pause the draft and wait for bigmahon (who I'm sure will check in soon - it's 7am where he is) or wockenfuss to chime in.

The easiest thing to do would be to have Foggy repick, and then move on. But what we really need is a ruling from our commish, [b:103e04491a]superfly[/b:103e04491a]. Unless Foggy has some secret strategy, it's pretty clear that he got the wrong Santana. But I don't see how the site can be blamed for that.

Just got back from work and hmmm.......

although it appears on the outside to be his simple and careless error, i think that intent is the most important factor here. it is my opinnion that we revert the draft back to his pick and appropriate the proper santana to him and continue from there. we are not exactly setting any land speed records here and i think the first priority is to get it done right.

this is obviously dependent upon wether or not he did infact mean to take johan... :D


I would like to implement the clock going forward and would request that everyone verify there picks before confirming the selections. fair enough?
