I said burghers because teamsters has made contact with Turtle and says he's still interested in playing.
He just hasn't made contact with the rest of the league to confirm this.
Burghers has gone AWOL and we haven't heard a peep from him.

OK. This is what seems fair:
1. Burghers is officially out (unless he comes back before the league is filled)
2.Since he is out, his draft position must go to the first manager that takes his place- Splinter
3. If Teamster is in- and I think we need confirmation by today- then we will be set.
4. If Teamster does not confirm then one spot is open and that draft slot will go to the manager- which could even be Burgher if he checks back in-who takes the last spot.
So, I think Splinter's draft position is obviously Burgher's old slot .

I have no problem with this. This seems logical.
I like to see splinter get irate AND I wanted to get at least some feedback... :D
The fact is though Teamster is not totally out of the league YET splinter. burghers on the other hand, is nowhere to be found. Because of this, you splinter, should slide right into his spot.
Or we could have another random # selection or use Pick 3 #'s.

If he doesn't, akindian (freshmeat) has been throwing in the pen and is loose and ready to go. He would then step in to the #1 draft spot. Splinter, if he's OK with where he's at, will then take the 11th. spot.
