pjredsoxfan (Massachusetts) - Is this a 4 digit number too?

Guy's, I did not set up the League on Penn's site, I posted what Penn had written on a thread he started about his site. I hope this clears things up. SGT D

Sorry Al, in all the other live drafts I have been in the default has been the evening lotto number and just went to www.palottery.com which shows the Nite Daily Number at 341 for 4/10. Oh, I guess we were using mid-day lotto as the default?? Not sure, let me know.

No big deal. I just didn't see that number there.

Looks like we have a tie:

Oregon's 1 p.m. drawing was 9151

Massachusetts' Numbers is 9156

I think we take that fourth digit as a decimal point and put glenglen first.

Ducapa, check al's post on this thread on the previous page, page 3, it clearly states on an april 4th thread, default will be midday. since the quaker state had one, you be 602.

Meat, Nevada doesn't have a lottery. (Don't want to do anything to stop folks from losing their money at casinos, I suppose.) Pick a state with a pick 3 or you go 12th: http://www.usatoday.com/news/lottery/lotto.htm

I don't think Massachusetts has a pick 3; we'll go with the first three digits of the "Numbers."

[b:a44d1556e2]Otherwise, let's go with Mid-Day as the default. I note New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania all have both a Mid-Day and an Evening. (Connecticut has a "Mid-Day 3" and a "Play 3.") [/b:a44d1556e2]Draft order is lowest number to highest.

We reverse the numbers for divisions. Lowest four in the East, next four in the Central, highest four in the West.
