I know this gets old, but c'mon.

I've got Mariano in to close one out. He gets in a little jam, but has two outs in the bottom of the 9th. So HAL brings in Duaner Sanchez who--you guessed it--promptly bends over.

Here's mine, took place in the finals when I had a 3-1 lead in the series. Game 5, leading 6-4 in the bottom of the seventh, HAL brings in my mopup man, who promptly gets slapped all over the park. I lose 11-6 and end up losing the series.
