I assume you mean Derek Lee- pretty much a wash, although i might lean towards Giambi/Ellis

love giambi and lee of course lee gives u def not a big fan of ellis kennedy is decent for the money

You're talking about playing a 5 at first base - Giambi would be a nice designated hitter, I think, but I would never play him in the field.
