not an expert but i would say that you need to improve your D at SS and CF. In pitchers parks, where runs are hard to come by, you want 2's at least at 2b,SS and CF. Should try to improve your OBP.
You have too many * starters. you only need 4. Drop one and get a .5 cheap starter. IMO, you have spent too much on your bullpen also.
I'd drop lugo at SS and get a 2 fielder and also try to get a true CF with a 2 range.
Like i said, not an expert, but just my opinion
