Looks like you dropped Ramirez?

Redmond is good for pitcher's parks, but not optimal for the Cell -- especially if you platoon him (he's much better vs. L). Look for someone else that has more bphr (Valentin, Martinez) on the right at catcher. You could also upgrade your starting pitching and LF.

Personally I'd have rolled the dice with Griffey and Utley. Opponents will be less likely to steal in your park, so I might even pick up a catcher who is +1 if he's got the bat to make it up.

I tried rolling the dice with Griffey and utley, and my starting pitchers had a combined ERA of over 10. Put Griffey at DH, traded A-Ram for a better fielding CF, and utley for a better fielding 2b and more pitching. Now starting to win.
