Draft order?

Hi!

I have a team I designed and I just need to decide what order to draft them in. I don't have a sense yet of which players tend to get drafted early, and which late, or not at all. Some players I know when I will draft, but I have not decided the order of the following list. Would some of you veteran owners be willing to rank order this list with guys who tend to get drafted early, and guys who are late or not at all at the end? (80 mil keague, probably Srandard)

Thanks a bunch!

Nathan
H Carrasco
Hermanson
M Gonzales
Barajas
Konerko
Utley
Glaus
Dunn
Griffey
Gomes
Jose Cruz Jr

This is very difficult not knowing your stadium and/or other players. It looks like you are choosing a HR park based on these players. Your SP probably will not pitch long into games so Carrasco becomes very valuable in such instances where he can rack up the innings. There are plenty of good closers so although Nathan is very good, if you don't get him there are others that will do just fine. I would go for defense for your SS and try to get Everett or Wilson since you have a 3 at 2B & CF. This will help your pitching a lot.

1. Griffey
2. Glaus
3. H Carrasco
4. Utley
5. Gomes
6. Konerko
7. Nathan
8. M Gonzales
9. Dunn
10. Barajas
11. Hermanson
12. Jose Cruz Jr

Very Helpful

Thanks,
This is very helpful. You guessed my team well, I'm going to be at Coors with all Staters under one mil, I may not win, but it will be fun! Nathan has no BP Singles! A big plus at Coors.

I would go slightly different.
1)Griffey
2)Utley
3)Glaus
4)Konerko
5)Nathan
6)Dunn
7)M Gonzalez
8)Barajas
9)Hermanson
10)Gomes
You must take into account supply and demand. While Carasco is important, there are at least a few R(3) guys you can get, not to mention many R(2)'s. There are few(1-?) power hitting LH 2B and while Glaus is a power hitting bargain, there are many usuable 3b's. Dunn is not highly sought after and can be replaced. Ditto Gomes. He's only a DH and there are many who can fill that role admirably in Coors. If you really want him, put him higher, but you usually don't have to. Also, better get a good fielding SS.
