Some questions about injuries:

-Anyone ever play a guy with a "5" injury risk a full season? About how long does he last?

-Can an injured player's substitute get injured as well if he is the only one that can play his position? I heard for catchers it doesn't matter, how about other positions?

I tried to statisticly figure it out and each 1 on injury is means a player will miss 7-8% of the season. A five will on the average miss 5 times that, about 35-40%.

I believe an injured players sub can be injured too. I read once in this forum that HAL will not injure your back up C, I don't have first hand experience. I have Drew, Sanders, and Thomas on the first team I drafted, and after experience with them, I will shy away from injured players, or at the very least, plan for the injuries, and consider them almost like a platoon player.

The strategy thread is about general strategy on how to win in this game.

Private threads are for personal messages, so that you don'T have to bother the whole community.
