1. It looks like you're making the rookie mistake of dropping players and replacing them once the season starts. If so, stop it now, because eventually your team will be horrible and you won't even have the slightest wiggle room to make any improvements.
2. I like Miguel Cabrera much more at 3B than I do in LF. You might try moving Heilman in a deal for a solid leftfielder, I know someone would bite at the opportunity to grab him. I would target someone with a reasonably priced LF that needs bullpen help, and offer them Heilman, Ford, and Monroe for that LF and a couple of cheap but effective bullpen arms.
3. The more arms in US Cell, the better. Cheapy specialists will save the day more often than not, and if you go with a 4 man rotation, you're able to go with an 8 man bullpen. Just a thought.
