Geez anyone ever have a stretch where they have to play 18 straight road games? I have one coming up.

Yes it happens sometimes. It all evens out in the end however.

Just look at it this way: You will eventually play a lot of games at home... good luck!

Sure it evens out, I mean it has too obviously, but count me as one who doesn't like the schedule-making. It needs to be more balanced, IMO. One streak of bad luck with a few home games, then a grueling lengthy road trip and you're dead. If you start out on the road with a lengthy trip, lose a few more than you win, then your team must have a good home stretch to make a comeback from the road trip. A lot of pressure there.
In summary, make the schedule more balanced.

I like thaat schedule quite a lot actually, have had it several times, you mean the one where you have 18 of 21 games on the road on weeks 2 and 5?
If you can survuve those two legs you are in excellent shape.

Agree with C2 here. I love that schedule, and I believe its always from the West Division that gets it. 9 at home, 9 on the road, 3 at home, then 18 on the road. Finish this stretch near .500 and you're in good shape.
Even better when its not your team, and another player has this schedule, panics early, and begins to drop players.

I also like that schedule. 3 at home followed by 3 on the road every other series would be B-O-R-I-N-G.

Yep, love it to death. It gives you a real good indication of how you can compete away from home, and as mentioned earlier, I've seen plenty of players panic when they begin with that schedule at start out like 14 and 25. Wish I could have it everytime.
