This is a pitching dominant league. 60 million, no dh, autodraft, weigfhted waivers, variable free agent drop, unique stadiums. This league is advanced, although all are welcome. Here are the rules:
I. 60% of your salary must be spent on pitching. When your final roster is complete, after waivers and free agency it must show a mimimum of 36 million allotted to pitching.
That leaves no more than 24 million for the offense. If you trade with someone you must maintain that 36 mil min for your pitching staff and the max of 24 for your offense.
When you sign up for the league you will pick your division and stadium. First come, first served. The stadiums are all pitcher parks and each division has an extreme pitcher park an even pitcher park, a park that favors right hand batters and a park that favors left hand batters.
I've never played in a league like this but there are so many slugger leagues that ArryIT and I both thought about doing a pitcher version. So here it is. I think it might bring out some interesting strategy.
