If I use my backup catcher at DH and my starting catcher gets injured, how is HAL likely to respond?

You will have a noncatcher behind the plate.

HAL will [b:9b95fd0b00]NEVER [/b:9b95fd0b00]move a DH out of the DH slot, even for injury.

Also, in case you didn't know, if you carry 2 catcher's and one gets injured, your other catcher can not get injured while that 1st catcher is out.
