other stadiums- Rogers, Coors, Wrigley- Most of the league is in hitters parks

I drafted patterson, santana, johnson, picked up zito, mulder, wasburn- and Moyer is available. A Rod is available... for now. I have a good defense and offense. So do I go with 3 lefties/1 rhp or 3lhp/2rhp or build up relief or go after ARod? (My offense seems like plenty)

Does Johnson do well in hitters parks- zito?

My 2 pennies...

1. You don't need 5 *SP's. 4 will do the job. You are wasting $. Grab a $.50 SP only and NEVER use him to meet the 5 SP requirement.

2. In general, righties hit LH pitching better. If there is a 50/50 mix of hitters in YOUR division, I would have 2 LHSP's and 2 RHSP's.
(or 3 RH's and 1 LH).

3. RJ isn't a good choice if there are hitting parks out there. Sure he'll kill lefties, but he's susceptible to righties. Visa-versa for Santana. I think these guys would fare better in pitching parks myself.

4. You play to win most of your home games, period. Your SP's will/should do well there. They could get hurt on the road. Maybe you can use 2/3 *SP's and then grab 2/3 SP's WITHOUT BPHR's for your road games.
